Between Ease and Peace

Take some time out


Whether from everyday life, routine, demands or expectations of yourself or others. We take time out to get in touch with your body, mind and spirit. A whole week for holistic health where your needs come first. A vacation and me time to find peace and serenity in the now and carry it into the future. Because what matters, in the end, is not a job, a degree or money. It is the love for yourself and for others.



That's why we invite you to just BE this week, the way you want to be and the way it feels good for you in every moment, and to create together a wonderful safe place in nature where peace and ease can be lived.


This week we will move our bodies in dynamic vinyasa classes in the mornings, getting stagnant energy flowing again and feeling freer and lighter.

In the afternoons and evenings, we will rest deeply to release even more subtle layers of tension in the body and mind. Often these are a kind of clinging that we are not even aware of. When they are released, we find space, and relief and feel an opening.


The sessions will include vinyasa yoga, guided meditations and breath work, yin yoga and restorative yoga where we bring the body into a state of complete relaxation and connect with our heart.

A typical day

  • 07.30 tea, coffee, fruit

  • 08.00 yoga & meditation

  • 10.00 breakfast

  • reading, journaling, going for walks, have a swim, resting

  • 15.00 lunch or snack

  • 17.30 yoga

  • 19.30 dinner

  • arrival day: afternoon snack, no yoga class, 19.00 dinner, 20.30 welcome circle

  • departure day: no yoga class, 9.00 breakfast

What to bring 

All yoga equipment is available at our retreat location. Of course you are still welcome to bring your own mat on which you feel most comfortable.

We’ll let you know what’s good to bring, a few days before your retreat.

Additional information 

With us you can experience surfing. There will be a taster course where you can connect with the element of water and immerse yourself in surfing. Led by certified ISA surf instructors, we provide comprehensive instruction on surfing techniques, ocean safety, and the surfing lifestyle.
